Salesforce Admin (Junior to Consultant) – Lagos

About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Admin to lead performance and non‑functional testing activities. The role involves designing, executing and reporting on load, stress, endurance and scalability tests to ensure our applications meet enterprise performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Develop and maintain performance testing scripts and scenarios.
• Analyze system bottlenecks and recommend optimization improvements.
• Monitor system performance metrics and application response times.
• Collaborate with Developers, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
• Support non‑functional testing and release readiness activities.
• Produce performance reports and test result documentation.
• Ensure applications meet enterprise performance benchmarks and SLAs.

Required profile

• 4–15+ years of relevant experience, depending on level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field; postgraduate degree or certifications a plus.
• Completed NYSC.
• Experience in enterprise‑scale digital or IT environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under defined timelines and changing priorities.
