Sales Specialist – Biomedical Products

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work full‑time in a hybrid setting from Lagos, combining on‑site client meetings with remote activities. You will be responsible for expanding the company’s biomedical product portfolio across healthcare institutions, laboratories and research centres in Nigeria and the surrounding region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage an existing portfolio of biomedical products.
• Conduct customer visits, deliver product presentations and live demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
• Provide post‑sale support and coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate sales forecasts and reports.
• Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence and contribute to strategic planning.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
• Proven sales experience in biomedical, healthcare or related technical products, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in sales management, pipeline management and basic forecasting.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and travel within Lagos and surrounding areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with the regional healthcare or laboratory market is an advantage.
• Adaptable, problem‑solver and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
