Sales Representative (Retail & FMCG)

About the role
R & R is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to join its retail and FMCG team in Abeokuta. You will be the front‑line contact for both walk‑in shoppers and online customers, helping them choose products and completing sales while meeting daily and monthly targets.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk‑in customers, guiding them through product selection.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and process orders received via social media and other digital channels.
- Promote and sell merchandise to achieve set sales targets.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays within the store.
- Record sales transactions accurately and keep customer records up to date.
- Deliver excellent customer service and nurture lasting relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND qualification.
- At least 12 months of experience in sales or a retail environment (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional, presentable, proactive and driven to meet sales goals.
