Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The company is expanding its presence in Nigeria and seeks a full‑time Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive growth of its real‑estate services. Based on‑site in Ogun State, you will combine market research, client outreach and campaign planning to generate new business and strengthen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for real‑estate services.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
• Conduct market research and prepare persuasive sales presentations.
• Manage client inquiries, support negotiations and help close deals.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, maintaining promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Provide training and coaching to colleagues on sales best practices.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Core sales and sales‑management skills to drive revenue.
• Training and coaching experience to develop team capabilities.
• Relevant experience in real‑estate, property services or related sectors.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ogun State with strong organizational, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with capacity to analyse sales and marketing data.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
