Sales Representative – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking energetic Sales Representatives to drive property sales for Hay Property Development in Lagos. The role involves generating leads, guiding clients through property viewings, and closing transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through online and offline prospecting.
• Follow up on assigned leads and convert them into sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate and close property sales professionally.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events.
• Provide clients with accurate information on available properties, pricing, and payment plans.
• Follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about market trends and company products.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales or related experience.
• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, real estate).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
