Sales Representative (Part-Time)

About the role

Sunlite Digital Concept is hiring a part-time Sales Representative based in Marina, Lagos. The role covers client relationship management, product knowledge, meeting sales targets and closing deals, with a stated monthly pay of NGN 250,000 to 400,000.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Understand the company's products and services and explain their features, benefits and value to customers.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Identify customer needs, monitor competitors and give feedback on market trends and opportunities.
• Respond to enquiries, address objections, negotiate terms where appropriate and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, leads and transactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update on performance, customer feedback and business opportunities.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve complaints and find further sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum of a BSc degree.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
