Sales Representative – Lubricants & Grease

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth of our lubricant and grease product lines in the Lagos Marina area. You will be responsible for acquiring new industrial and commercial accounts while nurturing existing relationships to secure recurring business.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets for all lubricant and grease products.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new industrial and commercial accounts within the designated territory.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat orders and long‑term retention.
• Deliver professional product presentations highlighting technical specifications and operational benefits.
• Coordinate with the Sagamu manufacturing facility to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and submit comprehensive weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
• At least 12 months of experience in a similar sales role within the industrial sector.
