Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive new business for Manuel Media by promoting its media, advertising and content solutions. Working from our Lagos office, you will engage prospective clients, understand their marketing needs and convert opportunities into lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through calls, social media, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Present the company’s media services, advertising packages and content solutions to prospects.
• Conduct sales presentations and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements within company guidelines.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and new clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with media, marketing and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions and conferences as required.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to work towards sales targets and deadlines.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and able to build strong relationships.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales or media is a plus.
