Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will be the front‑line ambassador for a growing fashion brand in Lagos. You will combine customer service, styling expertise, and social‑media promotion to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. This role requires a keen eye for trends and the ability to work in a fast‑paced showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally, providing personalized styling advice.
• Recommend outfits based on individual preferences while demonstrating knowledge of colour, fabrics, and current fashion trends.
• Maintain an attractive, organized showroom that reflects the brand’s image.
• Create and publish engaging content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries received through social media.
• Support overall sales activities and contribute to business growth.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service.

Required profile

• Minimum of an HND qualification.
• 2–3 years proven experience in fashion retail or luxury fashion.
• Strong knowledge of fashion styling, colour dynamics, garment coordination and current trends.
• Excellent communication and customer‑relationship skills.
• Residence in Lekki Phase 1 or nearby areas (Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Oniru, Chevron, Ajah, etc.).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook for brand promotion.
• Basic photography and video‑editing abilities for content creation.
