Sales Representative

About the role

MSI Nigeria is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote its high‑quality reproductive health products and services across the Abuja territory. You will be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring the delivery of our health solutions to healthcare practitioners.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly commercial sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting, demand creation, merchandising, and closing sales with health‑care practitioners.
• Develop deep knowledge of MSI Nigeria’s product portfolio and services.
• Maintain optimal territory coverage and increase productive face‑to‑face call rates.
• Manage relationships with key customers, influencers, and decision‑makers.
• Provide timely market intelligence and customer feedback to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with sales merchandisers to ensure efficient distribution and order fulfillment.
• Submit required reports on schedule and assist in resolving customer issues promptly.
• Utilise allocated resources efficiently to maximise return on investment.

Required profile

• University degree in Biological, Physiological Sciences or Pharmacy.
• Minimum of one year of sales or related experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings.
• Team‑player attitude with a self‑starter mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
