Sales Representative – Inbound & Outbound (Commission Only)

About the role

We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our online eyewear brand, Kally’s Finds, on a remote, commission‑only basis. You will either handle inbound inquiries from customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and our website, or generate your own leads and close sales independently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer messages, understand their needs and recommend suitable glasses or lenses.
• Follow up consistently and close sales to meet weekly targets.
• Identify and qualify prospects, initiate conversations and nurture relationships for outbound sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in asking for the sale and following up.
• Self‑motivated, organized and reliable.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory if strong selling ability is demonstrated.

What we offer

• Commission‑only compensation with a weekly structure: 10 % for the first 10 sales, 15 % for sales 11‑19, and 20 % for sales above 20 (inbound role).
• Outbound role offers a flat 25 % commission on every completed sale with no earnings cap.
• Fully remote work from anywhere in Nigeria.
