About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales and logistics functions across multiple locations. The role ensures smooth coordination between sales teams, operational processes, and client delivery requirements in the logistics and transportation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales teams by managing operational workflows and logistics coordination.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods or services to clients.
• Monitor and track sales operations metrics to optimise processes.
• Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and warehouse teams to support customer orders.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and sales operations activities.
• Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and performance dashboards for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales operations efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Prior experience in logistics or transportation operations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet operational deadlines.
• Familiarity with sales operations processes is a plus.
