Sales Operations Officer

About the role
The Sales Operations Officer will provide operational, analytical, and system support to our fintech sales teams. You will ensure accurate reporting, smooth agent onboarding, and effective coordination of sales activities across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and manage sales and agent data across CRM and fintech platforms.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales, transaction, and performance reports.
- Support agent onboarding documentation and KYC verification processes.
- Track sales KPIs, transaction trends, and agent performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams.
- Support sales incentive tracking and reconciliation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations or fintech support roles.
- High attention to detail and strong data‑accuracy focus.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with CRM systems or dashboard tools (advantageous).
