Sales Officer – Renewable Energy Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Officer to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing customers in the renewable energy sector. You will promote high‑quality solar panels, inverters, batteries and complete energy solutions to residential, commercial and industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across residential, commercial and industrial markets.
• Conduct product presentations and educate customers on solar energy solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, installers and partners.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Perform site visits when required to assess customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay updated on solar technology trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum two years of direct sales experience in B2B and B2C environments, preferably in renewable energy or technology.
• Basic understanding of solar energy systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable with field sales and client visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
