Sales Officer – Courier & Logistics Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Officer to drive daily sales activities for our courier and logistics services. You will build and nurture client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source new courier clients on a daily basis.
• Visit offices and businesses in person to present our services.
• Introduce PNCE courier solutions professionally and follow up aggressively on leads.
• Convert prospects into paying customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Report daily activities, visits, and shipment volumes.
• Collaborate closely with operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop practical ideas to increase delivery volumes.

Required profile

• OND, B.Sc. or HND in Administration or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Previous experience in courier, dispatch, logistics, sales, marketing, or field operations (mandatory).
• Strong confidence when speaking with businesses and a result‑oriented mindset.
• Proximity to Apapa is highly desired; ability to work on‑site.
