About the role
The Sales Merchandiser will work directly in markets and small‑business environments to identify and onboard customers for loan products. This field‑based position involves daily face‑to‑face interaction, educating prospects about loan options and guiding them through the application process.
Key responsibilities
- Approach and engage potential customers in markets, shops and business areas.
- Explain the features and benefits of available loan products.
- Assist customers with completing loan applications and the onboarding workflow.
- Achieve daily and weekly loan disbursement targets set by management.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Comfortable working outdoors in markets, shops and business districts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Residence in Rivers State, preferably near Obia Akpor, Eleme, Port Harcourt or Tai.
