Sales & Marketing Team Lead

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Team Lead will drive Wellmeka’s commercial growth, enhance brand visibility, and convert opportunities into profitable contracts across oilfield services, well intervention, equipment solutions, technical support and engineering services. This senior position requires a proactive leader who can blend strategic marketing with hands‑on sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets in oil & gas, energy and industrial sectors.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Lead client meetings, technical‑commercial presentations and follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering and finance teams to deliver competitive, deliverable proposals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers, procurement and technical teams of IOCs, independent and marginal field operators.
• Lead marketing campaigns, create LinkedIn content, brochures, email campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Research market trends, monitor competitor activity and generate targeted prospect lists.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proactive leader with proven experience in sales and marketing within the oilfield services or related engineering sectors.
• Strong client‑relationship management skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and lead proposal preparation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering clear technical‑commercial messages.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to ensure solution feasibility and competitiveness.
