Sales & Marketing Manager – Travel & Tourism

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales function within the travel and tourism sector. The role involves shaping strategic initiatives, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base across the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the Sales and Marketing team to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports and performance updates to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management, preferably within the Travel & Tours industry.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
