Sales & Marketing Manager – Healthcare Education

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategies to increase learner enrollment for healthcare diplomas, phlebotomy training, and health and social care courses. Based in Lagos with hybrid flexibility, you will work closely with training, operations and partner teams to align offerings with market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive enrolments.
• Oversee social media, email marketing, SEO and content initiatives.
• Plan and execute promotional events, webinars and partner activities.
• Generate and nurture leads, manage the sales pipeline and conduct follow‑up communications.
• Analyse market trends and performance data, prepare reports and recommend optimisations.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, healthcare providers and other partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, business development and learner recruitment, preferably in education, training or healthcare sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Lagos and proficient with productivity and CRM tools.
