Sales & Marketing Executive – Solar Solutions

About the role

Jeho Ashar Energy is seeking a full‑time Sales & Marketing Executive to drive the growth of its solar and inverter solutions in Nigeria. Based onsite in Abuja, you will create and execute sales and marketing plans targeting residential and commercial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify key customer segments.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through meetings and proposals.
• Close sales and prepare detailed quotations.
• Design and launch marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align product offerings with client needs.
• Track performance metrics and refine sales strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and represent the company at events.

Required profile

• Strong market planning, research, sales and communication abilities.
• Experience in renewable energy, solar solutions, or technical product sales is a plus.
• Proven ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple opportunities and meet targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
