Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will join MegaLectrics Limited in Abuja, driving new business acquisition and strengthening existing client relationships. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on expanding market share for the company’s electrical services through proactive sales and targeted marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Nigerian market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform strategy.
• Develop, launch and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create marketing collateral and coordinate brand messaging.
• Track sales performance against targets and report results to management.
• Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market dynamics.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development ability, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Solid marketing experience with campaign planning, branding and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in sales, marketing or client‑facing roles, preferably in a corporate or service environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Abuja and travel for meetings or events as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
