Sales Manager – Spare Parts (TVS 2W & 3W)

About the role

Our client, a global machinery distribution company, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead spare‑parts sales for TVS two‑wheelers and three‑wheelers across Lagos, Ondo and Ogun. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will work directly in the field to expand the dealer network, boost retail off‑take and ensure genuine parts reach end customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual spare‑parts sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Drive secondary sales by collaborating with distributors, retailers, mechanics and sub‑stockists.
• Map and expand the network into untapped towns, villages and non‑retailer areas.
• Promote the right product mix, support liquidation of slow‑moving parts and implement commercial policies and incentive schemes.
• Organise mechanic meets, retailer meets, van campaigns and road‑shows to raise genuine‑parts awareness.
• Manage credit and collections, ensuring compliance with credit norms.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, demand trends and counterfeit parts.
• Maintain accurate daily visit plans, order capture and sales tracking in DMS/CRM.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of field sales experience in spare parts, auto components or lubricants distribution.
• Proven track record in secondary sales, distributor handling and retail network development.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and ability to build long‑term relationships with channel partners.
