Sales Manager – Renewable Energy

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team across Lagos and Ekiti, driving growth for Bluetti’s renewable energy solutions. The role involves managing sales operations, building client relationships, and achieving business targets in the solar sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Bluetti’s presence in assigned regions.
• Monitor sales performance, report insights to senior management and set sales targets.
• Lead, mentor and motivate a multi‑state sales team, providing training and guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors and partners.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities and recommend strategic actions.
• Oversee promotional campaigns, trade shows and marketing initiatives.
• Lead negotiations with potential clients and secure large‑scale deals.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• At least 8 years of sales experience, with 5 years in a managerial role within the renewable solar energy sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently, travel extensively and manage a multi‑state team.
