About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our luxury retail division in Nigeria, overseeing high‑end watch and jewellery sales across Lagos and Abuja. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, manage a high‑performing sales team, and build relationships with high‑net‑worth and institutional clients.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for watches and fine jewellery to HNIs, UHNWIs, corporates and governments.
- Lead high‑value transactions, client conversions and volume gifting deals.
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate, diplomatic and government clients.
- Maintain a strong external presence by meeting clients outside the boutique.
- Set clear KPIs for sales executives and monitor daily/weekly reports.
- Conduct weekly sales reviews, coaching sessions and product knowledge workshops.
- Revive dormant accounts and sell all product categories across entry‑level to high‑end segments.
- Coach, mentor and develop boutique team members.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (international degrees welcomed).
- Strong network within HNI, corporate and government circles.
- 10‑15 years of sales experience with at least 10 years in team management.
- Experience across B2G, B2B and B2C markets.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to close high‑value transactions.
