Sales Manager

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is looking for a proactive Sales Manager to head its office furniture and workspace solutions business in Abuja. The role will focus on generating revenue and building long‑term relationships across corporate, government, education, hospitality, healthcare and commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, product demos and tailored quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring excellent after‑sales service.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team, set goals and monitor performance.
• Produce sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics and installation teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with pricing policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in office furniture, interior design or corporate solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.
