Sales Manager – AV & Hospitality Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with deep expertise in audio‑visual (AV) and hospitality TV systems to lead strategic growth across Nigeria. The role involves identifying high‑value opportunities, building long‑term client relationships, and expanding market presence in the hospitality, real‑estate, and corporate sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by targeting hotels, resorts, real‑estate developers and corporate clients.
• Cultivate partnerships with hotel operators, architects, MEP contractors and technology decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design customized AV and in‑room entertainment solutions.
• Lead negotiations, develop proposals and deliver compelling presentations to close deals.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
• Work closely with OEMs, system integrators and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
• Exceed revenue targets and KPIs set by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, ICT or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of business development or sales experience in AV, hospitality TV systems or the hotel industry.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value B2B deals.
• Established network with hospitality, real‑estate and corporate decision‑makers.
