About the role

NSIA Insurance Limited is expanding its retail reach in Nigeria and seeks motivated professionals to join its sales team. The positions include Sales Executive and Senior Sales Executive, focusing on non‑life insurance products for retail and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new retail and corporate clients for the non‑life insurance portfolio.
• Build, nurture, and retain long‑term relationships with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, execute sales strategies, and consistently meet or exceed individual and team targets.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitive offerings, delivering tailored solutions.
• Senior Sales Executive: Lead business development initiatives, mentor junior sales executives, and manage high‑value client accounts.

Required profile

• Education: Minimum HND.
• Sales Executive: 1–2 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Senior Sales Executive: 3–5+ years of successful sales track record in non‑life insurance or corporate financial product sales.
• Target‑driven mindset with strong self‑motivation and resilience.

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong networking capability with proven client‑acquisition experience.
• Deep understanding of non‑life insurance products; knowledge of NAICOM regulations is a plus.
