Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Mshel Homes Limited, a real estate development and marketing company founded in 2018, is recruiting a Sales Executive for its team in Salem, Lekki, Lagos. The position is full-time and focuses on driving sales growth, building strong client relationships and promoting the company's products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling and market research.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and provide service and support.
• Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales with campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
