Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Executive will join Juls Homes’ Lagos team to drive property sales through a mix of on‑site client meetings, office work and remote activities. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them from initial interest to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new client leads across Lagos and surrounding areas.
• Follow up on inbound leads, schedule and conduct property viewings.
• Present suitable real‑estate options that match client budgets and preferences.
• Prepare, negotiate and finalize offers, supporting clients through the closing process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, offers and transactions.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and collaborate with internal marketing and promotion teams.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and new developments to provide informed recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and client‑relationship skills in real estate or a related sector.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyse property data.
• Self‑motivated, organised and capable of working in a hybrid environment.
• Knowledge of the Lagos real‑estate market and local regulations is an advantage.
• Minimum diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in real‑estate sales or property development is highly beneficial.
• Residence in Ajah environs or Island axis required.
