About the role

Reisty is seeking a high‑energy Sales Executive to drive adoption of its commerce and guest‑engagement platform within the quick‑service restaurant (QSR) market. The role combines field prospecting with inside‑sales activities, requiring both face‑to‑face relationship building and virtual software demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new QSR brands, franchisees, and multi‑unit operators.
• Execute a high‑activity sales strategy that blends door‑knocking, local networking, and management of inbound lead pipelines.
• Conduct engaging, consultative product demonstrations both in‑person and virtually, showcasing impact on order volume and customer retention.
• Manage the full sales pipeline within a CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow‑ups, and thorough documentation.
• Stay informed on QSR industry trends, competitor activity, and merchant needs to position the product suite effectively.
• Provide market feedback to the product team to influence future improvements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality technology, merchant services, or the food‑and‑beverage industry.
• Solid understanding of quick‑service restaurant operations and profitability drivers.
• Comfortable pitching directly to restaurant owners and delivering structured, data‑driven software demos virtually.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust quickly with busy operators.
• Self‑starter attitude with high resilience, strong time‑management, and the discipline to balance field and office schedules.
