Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive lead conversion and account activation for G.O.A Group's education services. You will work closely with prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and support the growth targets set by the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company-provided leads from first contact through account activation.
• Make and receive calls, follow up with prospects, and meet clients when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, lead progress, and interactions using the company’s app.
• Contact potential customers to achieve monthly sales and growth targets.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, lead status, and customer feedback to management.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: HND.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, student recruitment, or digital marketing.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding conversion targets and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Strong lead generation, relationship management, and closing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with flawless English.
• High proficiency in social media marketing tools and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT.
• Professional telephone etiquette, active listening, and a patient demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under tight deadlines both independently and collaboratively.
