Sales Executive

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive the promotion and sale of its real‑estate properties and investment opportunities in Abuja. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers and investors, guiding them through property tours, proposals, and negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking and marketing activities.
• Conduct property inspections, site tours and presentations for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and business partners.
• Negotiate sales agreements, close transactions and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities and transactions.
• Prepare and present property proposals, quotations and investment presentations.
• Attend exhibitions, open houses and networking events to promote the portfolio.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and submit regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in real‑estate sales, property marketing or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM tools for managing leads and client relationships.
