Sales Executive

About the role

The De Velli Group is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue through the sale of its real‑estate portfolio. You will work from our Marina office in Abuja, engaging directly with prospective buyers and guiding them through the property acquisition process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling all company property products.
• Source and qualify new leads via networking, referrals, site visits, digital platforms and marketing leads.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct professional property tours, presentations and site inspections.
• Negotiate terms and close sales in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow‑ups and sales activities in the CRM.
• Provide consistent follow‑up and relationship management with prospects and existing clients.
• Assist clients with sales documentation and payment processes.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing and competitor offerings.
• Report leads, pipeline status and sales performance to the Group Manager/Head of Sales.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of HND.
• At least 3 years (36 months) of experience in a similar sales role within real estate.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems to track leads and sales activities.
