Sales Executive - Forex & Cryptocurrency

About the role

BtcDana, a global trading platform and fintech group founded in 2019, is looking for a Sales Executive to acquire new clients, build long-term customer relationships and promote its Forex and cryptocurrency trading products. The role suits someone who enjoys a performance-driven environment and helping clients explore investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard new clients interested in Forex and cryptocurrency trading.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Educate clients on products, trading platforms, promotions and market opportunities.
• Follow up leads and convert prospects into active trading clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent English, spoken and written; proficiency in Hausa, Yoruba or Igbo is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition in a FinTech, forex brokerage, financial services or cryptocurrency company.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field preferred.
• Personal laptop or computer required.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Forex, cryptocurrency or financial markets.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Preferred: experience in forex brokerage, CFD trading, crypto exchanges or investment services, a network of traders or investors, familiarity with CRM systems, and telesales or digital client acquisition experience.
