Sales Executive – Client Engagement & Revenue Growth

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive client acquisition and revenue growth for FMR Agency, operating in the retail, fashion and FMCG sector. You will work closely with the business development and marketing teams to expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, deliver compelling sales presentations and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate leads, convert prospects and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Gather market insights, monitor competitors and pinpoint opportunities for expansion.
• Maintain accurate sales records, collaborate with the business development team and support marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products, PPE or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
