Sales & Customer Support Executive

About the role

Expert Listing is a fast‑growing property technology platform that connects developers, agents, brokers and owners with serious buyers and renters. We are looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive who can both close prospects over the phone and resolve customer issues, driving platform sign‑ups and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to agents, brokers, property owners and developers to encourage them to list on the platform.
• Handle inbound enquiries, converting them into active users.
• Systematically follow up on all leads until conversion.
• Onboard new users, guiding them through sign‑up and the first property listing.
• Provide prompt, professional support to existing platform users.
• Log all calls, follow‑ups and interactions daily.
• Submit a weekly activity report every Friday.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in sales, telesales or customer support; experience in property or tech is a plus.
• Strong, confident phone presence with the ability to make multiple calls per day.
• Persuasive communicator who can handle objections calmly.
• Organised and disciplined, able to log work and follow up without reminders.
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets or basic CRM tools.
• Available to work on‑site.
