Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales of premium residential and commercial real‑estate units for JV Management Consulting Limited. You will build and nurture relationships with investors, corporate clients and high‑net‑worth individuals, turning qualified leads into successful transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of premium residential and commercial real‑estate units.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, corporate clients and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into buyers.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections and client meetings.
• Negotiate and close high‑value real‑estate transactions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company professionally at networking and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales with a strong record of closing deals.
• Established network of investors, buyers and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strong business development and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and highly professional.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
