Sales Business Development Manager

About the role

GoTuff, a virtual world offering combat arenas, social spaces and lifestyle experiences, is hiring a full-time Sales Business Development Manager in Lagos on a hybrid basis, with some work from home. The role identifies and pursues new business opportunities, builds and manages a strong sales pipeline and drives revenue growth for GoTuff's products and experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify prospective partners
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and negotiate commercial terms
• Support contract closure
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and track performance metrics
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports
• Represent GoTuff at industry events, virtual demos and client meetings

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or comparable professional experience
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, tech startups or digital platforms is beneficial, as is familiarity with virtual experiences and community-driven products
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Lagos and adapt to a fast-paced environment
