Sales Associate – Solar Energy Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition and sales of solar energy solutions across Delta State, focusing on Warri and Sapele. You will work directly with households and businesses, promoting sustainable solar home systems and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical outreach and cold calls to generate new sales leads.
• Identify and qualify potential homes and businesses for solar installations.
• Deliver product demonstrations to individuals, groups, and community gatherings.
• Follow up on leads, convert them into paying customers, and maintain a structured pipeline.
• Coordinate with installers and technicians to ensure seamless service execution.
• Provide market feedback on customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field or outdoor sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of working independently.
• Interest in renewable energy is a plus.
