About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join Perona Beauty’s retail team in Lagos. The role involves engaging customers, handling enquiries, and driving sales while ensuring accurate transaction processing. You will work closely with the store team to maintain inventory accuracy and deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers, respond to enquiries and close sales.
- Confirm payments through payment channels and create customer invoices.
- Receive, shelve, and properly store products.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are tidy.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Account for received products and participate in stock count exercises.
- Escalate customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring proper follow‑up.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in a related field.
