Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team in Marina, Lagos. This entry‑level position offers a chance to develop sales and customer service skills in a fast‑moving fashion and FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, understand their needs and provide excellent service.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Learn and communicate product features, benefits and pricing confidently.
• Process transactions accurately using POS, cash or bank transfers and issue receipts.
• Build relationships, follow up on leads and encourage repeat business.
• Track sales data and provide daily feedback to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification (advantageous).
• 0‑2 years experience in sales, retail or customer service; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal‑driven with strong persuasion skills.
• Friendly, presentable and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
