About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Partnership Executive to join Workstation International Co‑Work in Lagos. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships and generate revenue for our coworking ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business partners and sales opportunities in the coworking and real‑estate sectors.
- Build, nurture and manage relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support growth initiatives and improve service delivery.
Required profile
- Proven sales, business development and partnership management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Strong proficiency in market research, strategy development and client relationship management.
- Results‑driven mindset with solid problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work on‑site in Lagos and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in coworking, real‑estate or a similar industry is an advantage.
