Sales and Marketing Specialist - Nigeria (South)

About the role

Zoomlion is looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive sales growth in Nigeria by engaging customers, generating leads, strengthening client relationships, supporting marketing activities and contributing to business expansion. The role covers prospecting, lead generation and pipeline management.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by telephone and visits to promote the company's products and services
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Maintain and update activities in the CRM
• Achieve pipeline and recovery goals
• Monitor competitors, new products and market conditions to understand customer needs
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to the line manager

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
• Experience in construction, heavy machinery or automobile industry sales is an added advantage

Required skills

• Sales negotiation and closing, customer relationship management and lead generation
• Pipeline management, market research and competitor analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
