Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

Inovação Ltd., an IT company that designs products and services to streamline business processes, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative in Lagos. The role covers the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, while also supporting marketing activities and sales training.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients and present IT solutions
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide product demonstrations
• Support clients with post-sale follow-up
• Coordinate marketing activities and assist with promotional campaigns
• Contribute to sales training initiatives within the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues so that sales and marketing efforts align with business objectives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in training or supporting sales training is an advantage; experience in sales management or coordinating sales activities and reporting is also an advantage
• Comfortable working on-site in Lagos in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment

Required skills

• Strong communication, both verbally and in writing, with clients and colleagues
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues and build long-term relationships
• Familiarity with IT products or technology solutions and the ability to explain them clearly
• Good organization and time management, able to handle several opportunities at once
