Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join our retail store team in Abuja. You will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our product range to meet and exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process orders from initiation to completion, ensuring follow‑up and accurate documentation.
• Demonstrate and present products to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities for the assigned retail outlet.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of product inventory and sales activities.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Provide excellent pre‑sale and post‑sale service to retain customers.
• Achieve defined sales targets while adhering to company compliance policies.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, leadership, and ethical business conduct.

Required profile

• BSc degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in retail or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid product knowledge and people‑management capabilities.
• Analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to listen attentively and work on‑site in Abuja.
