Sales and Marketing Executive – Health Tech

About the role

Doctoro is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join its on‑site team in Lagos. The role focuses on acquiring new healthcare customers, building institutional partnerships, and promoting Doctoro’s digital health platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads across hospitals, clinics, HMOs and other healthcare organisations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets.
• Support client onboarding and maintain strong post‑sale relationships.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, create promotional content and sales collateral.
• Track performance metrics, provide market feedback and collaborate with product, operations and support teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare sales, marketing or business development.
• Existing professional network within hospitals, clinics, HMOs or related institutions.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate deals and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and deliver measurable results.
