Sales & Account Manager

About the role

Bardge is looking for a results-driven Sales & Account Manager to drive revenue across its two sides of the business: winning and growing clients such as HMOs, employers, fintechs and consumer apps, and managing and growing a network of gym, spa and wellness providers. This is a sales role with clear targets, owning a pipeline of new business, a portfolio of existing accounts and the revenue from both.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients (HMOs, employers, fintechs, banks, HR tech platforms, consumer apps) and run outbound sales (email, calls, LinkedIn outreach, meetings).
• Manage deals from first conversation to signed contract, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and own end-to-end onboarding.
• Drive utilization, retention, renewals and upsell for existing clients.
• Sell value-added tools to providers, gather provider feedback and work with product to improve offerings.
• Own and deliver targets for new client revenue, account growth and provider tool adoption, and track pipeline and account health.
• Collaborate with product, operations and marketing, and stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

Required profile

• Proven track record of hitting sales or revenue targets in a B2B sales, account management or commercial role.
• Experience managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, ideally including SME or service businesses such as gyms, spas or salons.
• Strong commercial acumen, excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to tailor messages to C-level stakeholders.
• Professionalism, integrity and a strong work ethic, with a proactive, self-motivated approach in a fast-paced early-stage environment.
• Owns a laptop, smartphone and reliable internet access.
