Risk-Based Project Performance Manager

About the role

The Risk-Based Project Performance Manager will lead the integration of risk‑based performance management across IOTA GROUP’s major projects. This role ensures that project teams use risk insights to drive performance, cost control, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Project Performance Management (PPM) in coordination meetings with major projects and internal entities such as QA, Engineering, HSE, Drilling, and Tech Log.
• Identify project‑related risks, propose mitigation measures, and develop contingency plans.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for project risk monitoring and performance tracking.
• Conduct risk assessments, monitor risk exposure, and report risk‑burndown trends.
• Support project managers in implementing risk‑management plans and preparing documentation for audits and reviews.
• Use the Project Definition Rating Index to align milestones, change notices, and contract items with risk‑adjusted performance objectives.
• Gather and share lessons learned, benchmark project performance, and provide feedback to local contractors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, mitigation, and project performance management.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams in engineering or construction environments.
• Ability to analyze data, develop KPIs, and produce clear risk reports.
