Revenue Officer

About the role

The Revenue Officer will work directly in the field to support revenue collection, monitoring and verification across designated areas of Abuja. This role combines customer engagement, compliance enforcement and data reporting to help meet the organization’s financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor revenue activities and support collection efforts.
• Engage with customers, businesses and stakeholders to ensure compliance with payment obligations.
• Assist in revenue collection, reconciliation and transaction verification.
• Identify, document and report revenue leakages, irregularities and non‑compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, transactions and customer information.
• Prepare revenue, field and performance reports for management.
• Escalate issues from field operations and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Age between 24 and 28 years.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on field experience in revenue collection, sales, compliance or inspection.
• Familiarity with Abuja’s districts and ability to navigate major locations.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, accountability and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• General Microsoft Office competency.
