Revenue Acquisition Executive

About the role

Recurpot, a fast‑growing meal subscription platform, is looking for a Revenue Acquisition Executive to drive corporate sales of its Covered meal plan. You will prospect, engage and close contracts with companies that have on‑site workforces in Lagos, turning leads into recurring revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect companies with on‑site employees in Lagos.
• Reach out to founders, CEOs, HR and admin decision‑makers via calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and referrals.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand employee meal needs, budgets and schedules.
• Present proposals, handle objections, negotiate terms and close subscription contracts.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and keep CRM records up to date.
• Follow up persistently from first contact through payment collection.

Required profile

• Based in Lagos and able to sell directly to Lagos‑based companies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence speaking to business decision‑makers.
• Comfortable with cold calling, rejection, follow‑ups and negotiation.
• Self‑motivated, able to work without constant supervision.
• Willing to work on a revenue‑share model without a fixed monthly salary.
• Reliable internet access and ability to use online sales and CRM tools.
